This article covers the incompatible properties of nitric acid (HNO3) with formic acid (CH2O2), and more generally with various acids such as sulfuric acid (H2SO4), hydrochloric acid (HCl), and acetic acid (C2H4O2). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was employed to determine the thermal hazard such as heat of decomposition (ΔH d), exothermic onset temperature (T 0), etc., in various acids. T 0 of HNO3 and CH2O2 were determined as 50 °C using DSC. Thus it has been observed that HNO3 mixed with CH2O2 should be prohibited during transportation, storage, and use. And more generally, process safety engineers and operator must take care to handle tanker and storage tank of typical acids in the transportation, storage, and manufacturing process. It is clear that there exists a need to follow and enforce in the chemical industries safety data sheets, globally harmonized system of classification and labeling of chemicals of United Nations (UN), education of safety and health, emergency response system, and process safety management. It is the aim of the present study concerning HNO3 with various acids.  相似文献

利用Nafion,石墨烯(GS)和纳米金(AuNs)的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)分散液制备了一种新型纳米复合膜修饰碳糊电极(CPE),建立了一种测定扑热息痛(PCT)的新方法。采用扫描电镜(SCE)对修饰电极进行了表征;利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了PCT在修饰电极上的电化学行为。利用微分脉冲溶出伏安法(DPSV)优化了测定PCT的试验条件。结果表明:PCT在Nafion/GS/AuNs修饰电极上于0.43V处出现了一灵敏的氧化峰(Epa),其电极过程受扩散控制。同时利用氧化峰可以进行微量PCT的检测,其峰电流(ip)与PCT浓度(c)在0.5~10μmol/L和10~900μmol/L范围内均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9968和0.9973,检出限(S/N=3)为0.1μmol/L。复合膜修饰电极稳定性较好,可用于实际药品中扑热息痛的含量的快速检测。  相似文献

采用hummers法制备了石墨烯,以碳糊电极为基底电极采用滴涂法制备了壳聚糖石墨烯复合膜电化学传感器(CTS/GR/CPE),并利用循环伏安法和线性扫描溶出伏安法研究了双酚A在电化学传感器上的电化学行为。在pH 7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液中,于-0.1V富集180s后,该电化学传感器对双酚A具有良好的电催化作用,于0.564V处有一灵敏的氧化峰,线性范围为1.00×10-6~7.00×10-5mol/L和7.00×10-5~1.00×10-3mol/L,检出限(S/N=3)为1.00×10-7mol/L。方法用于塑料制品中溶出双酚A的测定,回收率为96.4%~100.5%。  相似文献

Radiation exposure and effective dose received through two routes of exposure, viz. external and internal, via inhalation, by residents of 10 villages belonging to Natural High Background Radiation Areas (NHBRA) of coastal regions of Kanyakumari District and Tamil Nadu in India were studied. While the indoor gamma radiation levels were monitored using Thermo Luminescent Dosimeters (TLDs), the indoor radon and thoron gas concentrations were measured using twin chamber dosimeters employing Solid State Nuclear Track Detectors (SSNTDs, LR-115-II). The average total annual effective dose was estimated and found to be varying from 2.59 to 8.76 mSv.  相似文献

基于裂开型核酸适体序列短、能有效降低因探针形成二级结构产生假阳性信号等优点,选择裂开型核酸适体作为特异性识别探针,核酸染料噻唑橙(TO)为信号探针,用单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)降低背景信号,利用“适配体-目标分子-适配体”的“三明治”夹心方式,建立了一种检测ATP的新方法。在pH 8.0的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,裂开成两段的ATP适体特异性识别ATP分子,生成稳定的“适配体-ATP-适配体”复合结构。单壁碳纳米管对该复合结构的吸附力较弱,因此该复合物游离在溶液中,TO与其结合而产生强荧光。当不存在ATP时,核酸适体探针以单链状态存在,可通过π-π共轭作用结合到SWCNTs表面,进而不能与TO结合,TO游离在溶液中荧光非常微弱。反应体系中ATP浓度越高,形成的“适配体-ATP-适配体”夹心识别结构复合物越多,检测到的荧光强度越大,据此实现对ATP的检测。在优化实验条件下,在最大荧光发射波长550 nm处,ATP的浓度在9.0×10-9~1.0×10-7 mol·L-1范围内与ΔF/F0值成线性关系,r=0.996 4。该方法加标回收率为95.2%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.02%~4.54%,检出限达到2.67×10-9 mol·L-1。该方法基于功能核酸对目标物亲合力强、选择识别性高的特点,对ATP的检测表现出很好的选择性,实验结果表明,当相对误差控制在±5%以内时,200倍的UTP,GTP和CTP均不干扰ATP的测定。另外,该方法操作简单、快速、无需标记、灵敏准确,可用于血清样品中ATP的测定,在快速检测小分子物质领域中有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

This paper investigates the dynamics of a TCP system described by a first- order nonlinear delay differential equation. By analyzing the associated characteristic transcendental equation, it is shown that a Hopf bifurcation sequence occurs at the pos- itive equilibrium as the delay passes through a sequence of critical values. The explicit algorithms for determining the Hopf bifurcation direction and the stability of the bifur- cating periodic solutions are derived with the normal form theory and the center manifold theory. The global existence of periodic solutions is also established with the method of Wu (Wu, J. H. Symmetric functional differential equations and neural networks with memory. 烷烃同系物气相色谱保留指数的分子拓扑研究   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
定义了分子中原子的平衡电负性,并用原子的平衡电负性对分子图进行着色,在距离矩阵的基础上结合分子中各原子的支化度构建了一种新的拓扑指数N1,N2和N3。该拓扑指数对分子结构实现惟一性表征,具有优良的结构选择性。将拓扑指数N1,N2和N3与烷烃在固定相角鲨烷(柱温50 ℃)及SE-30(柱温80 ℃)上的气相色谱保留指数进行多元线性回归,结果表明烷烃的气相色谱保留指数可分别定量描述为I(Squalane)=23.97842N1-3.86562N2+0.787379N3+42.33061,I(SE-30)=23.83937N1-3.5687N2+0.939876N3+22.11952。用上述回归方程对烷烃的气相色谱保留指数进行预测,结果表明预测值与实验值的平均相对误差均为1.31%,预测结果误差在实验误差范围内。  相似文献

运用气垫导轨模拟微重力条件,通过实验研究了卷曲折叠充气管在不同充气速率条件下的展开动力性能,以及不同的充气方式、不同的卷曲形式等对充气管展开性能的影响,研究表明,随着充气速率、充气方式和卷曲形式的变化,充气管端部的动力性能、管内“充气铰”的大小和展开的半径以及"增压滞后"现象等都发生相应的改变;且充气速率越大,充气管展开端的速度就越大。最后,本文还对不同材料的充气管的展开性能进行了研究,发现充气管内壁用钢卷尺加强,成为充气硬化(STR)管后,不仅能提高充气管的屈曲承载力,还能改善充气管的展开性能。  相似文献

The anti-Escherichia coli activities of four extracts in leaves of Dracontomelon dao, a traditional folk herb in China were investigated and compared by microcalorimetry. The four extracts are PE fraction, CHCl3 fraction, EtOAc fraction, and n-BuOH fraction. The heat flow power–time (HFP–time) curves of E. coli growth in the presence of the four extracts were measured using an ampoule method. Then the nine thermal kinetic parameters were obtained from the curves. From the result of principal component analysis, it can be seen that parameters k 1, k 2, P 1, and Q p2 might be the main parameters in evaluating the anti-E. coli effects. In the presence of CHCl3 fraction, EtOAc fraction, and n-BuOH fraction, k 2, Q p2 of E. coli decreased with increasing concentrations of the extracts. The EtOAc fraction was observed to have the strongest anti-bacterial activity with half-inhibitory concentration IC50 of 98.5 μg mL?1. So, it can be concluded that EtOAc fraction can be further developed as anti-bacterial bioactive fraction of leaves of Dracontomelon dao.  相似文献
